"real" life experience
And by "real" life experience, I mean doing the important things:
1)playing foozball at least 3 times a week - i hear it prevents carpal tunnel!
2)learning to accept dogs as peers in the work environment - the line dividing animals and people is a thin one!
3)being able to come to work dressed in sweats and flip flops - no one to impress because everyone loves you the way you are on the inside :)
4)being able to still "work" from home when you are sick, you've sprained your ankles, you had a bad sleep - from working late the nite before :S - GOOO VPN!
but seriously, I learned a lot of new skills independantly and was able to contribute openly to the teams I was part of.
Are people in the "real" world really this cool?
